1. Who we are

HalvorAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates halvorai.com. For personal data submitted through this website, HalvorAI is the data controller.

We build fraud and AML controls for AI agent payments. This site is a pre-launch marketing site with an early-access request form. It is not yet a paid product dashboard or payment processing service.

2. What we collect

Early-access form. When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide:

• Work email address
• Company name and role
• How you describe your organisation (segment)
• Approximate monthly agent payment volume
• Product needs you select (up to three)
• Payment rails your agents use
• Your written use case and (optionally) what would make the product worth paying for
• Whether you are open to a short call

Technical and attribution data stored with each submission:

• Time of submission and a request ID
• Page URL, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters (if present in the link you used)
• Approximate country derived from your IP address by our hosting provider (Vercel)
• Browser user agent

We use a hidden honeypot field to reduce spam. Real visitors leave it empty; we do not use it as personal data about you.

Website usage. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. Theme preference (light or dark) is stored only in your browser’s local storage.

3. How we use it

We use early-access submissions to:

• Decide who to invite to the first cohort and which features to build first
• Contact you by email about HalvorAI early access, product updates related to your request, and (if you said yes) to schedule a short call
• Understand which outreach channels bring signups (via UTM tags and referrer)
• Protect the form against spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use form answers for unrelated third-party marketing.

4. Legal basis

Where UK GDPR / EU GDPR applies, we process early-access data on these bases:

• Legitimate interests — evaluating and responding to product interest, improving our roadmap, and securing the form against bots
• Consent — where you ask us to contact you (for example by submitting the form or agreeing to a call); you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us

If another law applies where you live, we process the same data for the equivalent lawful purposes described above.

5. Who we share with

We share personal data only with processors that help us run this site:

• Vercel — hosts the website and the early-access API
• Google — stores form rows in a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script; font files may be served by Google Fonts

These providers process data on our instructions. They may store or process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of HalvorAI, our users, or others.

6. How long we keep it

Early-access records are kept while we are building and onboarding the pre-launch cohort, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour invitations and answer follow-ups. As a working rule we review and delete or anonymise stale requests within 24 months of submission, unless we still need a record (for example an active conversation or a legal obligation).

7. Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We store your theme choice in localStorage under the key halvorai-theme. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time; it does not identify you across devices.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of data you provided (data portability)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise these rights, email privacy@halvorai.com from the address you used on the form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Security

We transmit form data over HTTPS. Access to the signup sheet is limited to people who need it to run early access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects your rights, we will take steps required by applicable law.

10. Children

This site and the early-access programme are aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the product and our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. For material changes, we will provide a clearer notice on this page or by email where appropriate.
